How do I care for my handmade clothes?

We recommend hand washing our clothes, or washing on a gentle cycle in cold water. Then hang drying. This will ensure longevity of your items.

 

How do I care for my headbands and bows?

We recommend hand washing our headbands in mild soap and spot cleaning the bow. Our nylon headbands will stretch out with wear and shrink back to the original size once washed. Please only hand wash the band.

 

Is this the right color?

We do our very best to display the color accurately, but please understand that some computer monitors can display color slight differently than what they are. 

At times there can be slight differences in dye batches. Please keep this in mind when placing re-orders for the same item.

 

If something is out of stock, will it return?

Most items will be restocked in 4 weeks. However, please note some prints are limited.

Coupon Codes + Gift Cards

If you have a discount code, please confirm that it has been applied to your order.

We aren't able to apply codes after an order is placed. If your code isn't being applied to your order, please contact us before completing the order at info@axelgrace.com.

We are not able to combine orders or apply the same code to multiple orders.

All Gift Card purchases from the website are final sale

 

When will I get my order?

Our current processing time is frequently updated and posted on our main page.

Please verify that your items and shipping address are correct prior to completing your order. Once the order is placed, it is unlikely we'll be able to make changes before it ships.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. We will not credit or refund any additional amounts charged in the delivery of the package.

Axel Grace is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.

We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

If you are having a “Bow-mergency” (trust us, it’s a thing) and would like to ensure that your products will arrive in time for a special event please email info@axelgrace.com to verify that the items you'd like are in stock, and we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as we can!

 

International Orders

International orders may also be subject to an additional customs charge upon delivery. We are not provided with information about if, when or how much will be charged. Please contact your Customs Office for information about your country's policies on this. We will not credit or refund any additional amounts charged in the delivery of the package.

My tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received it

Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands it is the property of USPS and we have very limited information available to us. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.

We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
